| Exchange Received Time 02/07/2018 19:48:08 Exchange Disseminated Time 02/07/2018 19:48:13 Time Taken 00:00:05 | In continuance to our earlier letter dated 30th May, 2018, it is hereby informed that w.e.f. 26th June, 2018, the loss making undertaking (Machine Shop-I) in Dharuhera Plant (Haryana), has been closed after completion of necessary formalities in accordance with the provisions of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
Consequent upon the permission of closure, vide Order dated 25th May, 2018 and Review Order dated 21st June, 2018, the management has executed the Orders and settled accounts of 104 workers after paying their legal/statutory dues.
This closure will not affect the turnover adversely rather will have a positive impact on the overall performance and profitability of the Company.
