KINTECH RENEWABLES LTDhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 31/10/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 read with Regulation 47 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('LODR') (as amended from time to time) a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, the 31st day of October, 2018 at its Registered Office of the Company inter-alia to consider, approve and taken on record the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second quarter and Half year ended on 30th September, 2018.
In accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with 'Code of practices and procedures for Fair Disclosure AND Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information', the Trading Window for dealing in equity shares of the Company for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives (including Directors) shall remain closed from 24th October, 2018 to 02nd November, 2018 (both days inclusive)
