| Exchange Received Time 06/06/2018 17:30:46 Exchange Disseminated Time 06/06/2018 17:30:52 Time Taken 00:00:06 | Pls ref to our earlier Lrs. dt (1)24.01.2018 intimating appvl by the Board of Directors of Aditya Birla Money Ltd ('Transferee Co') and Aditya Birla Commodities Broking Ltd ('Transferor Co') of the Scheme of Amalgamation ('Scheme') for merger of ABCBL, a wholly owned subsidiary co into the Co.; & (2)15.05.2018 intimating receipt of NOC/prior approval from the NSE and BSE by the Co in its capacity as stock broker.
We wish to further inform you that, the Business Integration Committee of both, the Co and ABCBL, have considered and approved an amendment in the Scheme at their meetings held on today i.e.06.06.2018. The para no.11 of the Scheme concerning 'Accounting treatment in the books of the Transferee Co' has been modified pursuant to the applicability of Indian Accounting Std including IndAS 103-Business Combination and the generally accepted accounting principles in India to the Transferee Co from the FY2018-19.
A revised Scheme is attached herewith for information and record. |
