Further to our letters dated 05th June 2018 (to NSE) & 31st May, 2018 (to BSE), this is to inform that the revised dates of Book Closure for the purpose of payment of Dividend @50% i.e. Rs. 5/- per Equity Share for FY 2017-18, as recommended by the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Wednesday, 30th May, 2018, subject to the approval of shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on Friday, 10th August, 2018, shall be as under:

Revised Book Closure Dates: Saturday, 04th August, 2018 to Friday, 10th August, 2018 (both days inclusive).

Further, the Cut-off date for determining the eligibility of shareholders entitled to vote on the resolutions, to be passed at the Annual General Meeting, shall be Friday, 03rd August, 2018.
