1. To consider and approve the standalone and consolidated audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018.
2. To consider recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2018.
Further, in terms of the Company’s Code for Insider Trading and Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information, the Company has decided that the trading window of the Company shall remain closed for all the designated employees and connected persons for trading in the shares of the Company from May 10, 2018 to May 18, 2018 (both days inclusive). |
