Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015
This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Friday,27th July, 2018 at 2.30 p.m. to consider amongst other things, approval of the Unaudited Accounts for the Quarter Ended 30th June, 2018.
Notwithstanding the fact that, the trading of the Company's Share is suspended, under the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window will remain suspended from Monday, 23rd July 2018 to Friday, 27th July 2018 (both days inclusive). The Trading Window will open on Monday, 30th July 2018.
