| Exchange Disseminated Time 22/02/2018 15:53:12 | | Sanofi India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on February 22, 2018, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of Rs. 53 per equity share of Rs. 10 for the year ended December 31, 2017. An interim dividend of Rs.18 per equity share of Rs.10 was paid in August 2017. The interim dividend and the proposed final dividend totalling to Rs 71 per equity share of Rs 10, will together amount to a distribution of Rs.1,633 million (excluding dividend distribution tax). |
