1. approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and Year ended March 31, 2018, pursuant to Regulation 33 (3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
2. recommended dividend on equity shares at the rate 75% i.e. Rs. 1.50 ( One rupee and fifty paisa only) per equity share of ? 2/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2018, which shall be paid within 30 days of approval of the shareholders of the Company in the ensuing annual general meeting.
