meeting held on 30th May, 2018, has re-appointed Sh. Parimal Merchant, Sh.
Pradeep Goyal, Sh. V. K. Bhartia and Sh. B. K. Patodia as Independent Directors
of the Company for a second term of five years, subject to the approval of
