1. The Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2018.
2. The Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2018.
3. Audited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2018
4. The recommendation for the final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2017-18.
It is further stated that the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter & year ended on March 31, 2018 will be published, as per Regulation 33/Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. |
