These two companies together hold 37,99,000 equity shares of Tanla Solutions Limited and as a result, the shareholding percentage of Promoter & Promoter Group will increase by 3.38% and pursuant to which, Promoter & Promoter Group shareholding in Tanla Solutions Limited will increase from 30.63% to 34.01% of the existing capital base.
