Mr. Ghyanendra Nath Bajpai, Independent Director (DIN: 00946138) has resigned from the Board of the Company with effect from August 17, 2018 due to personal reasons. He has recently turned 76 years of age, and he was on the Board of the Company for 11 years since 2007.
