The Company in its Board Meeting held today has appointed Mr. Neeraj Kichlu as Non-Executive Independent Director (Additional Director) of the company for a period of 5 years w.e.f. 21.03.2018.
The Board has also taken note of and accepted the Resignation letter received from Mr. Sheo Shankar Joshi, Non-Executive Independent Director w.e.f. 09.03.2018.
