Dear Sirs,
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the Company has received Credit Rating of 'CRISIL AA/Stable' from CRISIL for the proposed issue of Non-Convertible Debentures of Rs. 350 Crore.
CRISIL has also reaffirmed credit rating of 'CRISIL A1+' for Commercial Paper Programme of the Company for Rs. 400 crore.
