1.The Company through its Registrar and Transfer Agent, Link Intime India Private Limited (RTA), has sent a letter and followed it up with a reminder, both dispatched through Speed post, to the Shareholders holding physical certificates, appraising them about the amendment in Regulation 40 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and sensitized them about the impact of the amendment with respect to mandatory dematerialization for transfer of Securities.
2.The Company has placed requisite information on its website w.r.t. intimating the Shareholders about the above mentioned change and the procedure to be followed for dematerialization of shares. 3.The signature card of all the Shareholders are already in custody of RTA.
