We wish to inform you that our Joint Venture with Sonali Bank Limited in Bangladesh which was originally incorporated as "Sonali Polaris FT Limited", has changed its name to "Sonali Intellect Limited" and has declared a dividend of 1.50 BTD(15%) on its equity shares of 10/-BDT for the Financial year 2017-18.

Intellect Design Arena Limited which is holding 51% stake will be getting an equivalent of Rs. 49.48 lakhs as dividend for the year ended 31st March, 2018.
