No. SEBI/HO/IVD/ID2/PS/CMR/FHL/5288/1/2018 dated February 16, 2018, confirming that an investigation has been instituted by SEBI in the matter of FORTIS HEALTHCARE LIMITED. Vide aforesaid letter, SEBI has asked to furnish information and documents as mentioned therein by February 26, 2018. The Company is in process of collating the said information and will be sharing the same with SEBI in due course. The financial implication/ compensation/penalty and quantum of claims has not been referred in the aforesaid letter and hence cannot be ascertained.
