In continuation to our announcement dated August 21, 2018 and September 20, 2018 and in accordance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform you that the Company has received Letter of Acceptance (LOA) by Madhya Pradesh Metro Rail Co. Limited, Urban Administration and Development Department, Bhopal (M.P) for Metro Rail projects in the state of Madhya Pradesh.
The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its designated employees, directors and promoters is already closed till October 8, 2018 and shall continue to remain close till October 9, 2018.
