The meeting of the Board of Directors held today i.e. 31 March, 2018. Board also approved the following matters: -
(1)Mr. H.C. Dhamija, V.P. - Group Accounts, Legal, Secretarial, Indirect Taxation & Company Secretary of the company has superannuated from the services of the company on the close of working hours of 31 March, 2018.
(2)Mr. Sudhir Jain, Group CFO will undertake the additional responsibility of Compliance Officer of the company with immediate effect.
