| Exchange Received Time 30/04/2018 14:22:40 Exchange Disseminated Time 30/04/2018 14:22:45 Time Taken 00:00:05 | In continuation of our earlier intimation dated March 21, 2018 we would like to inform you that the Company's subsidiaries TRF Singapore Pte Ltd (TRFS) and TRF Holdings Pte Ltd (TRFH) have on April 30, 2018 transferred the entire shares held by them in York Transport Equipment (Asia) Pte Ltd (a wholly owned step down subsidiary of the Company, hereinafter referred to as York) to SAF-Holland GMBH hereinafter referred to as SAF.
Pursuant to the said transfer of shares of York by TRFS & TRFH to SAF, York and its subsidiaries cease to be step-down or otherwise subsidiaries of the Company.
This disclosure is being made in compliance with Regulation 30(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI's Circular dated September 9, 2015 (CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015).
