Annual financial statements and Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ended 31st March, 2018 under Regulation 33 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
Recommendation of dividend for the Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2018, if any, subject to approval of Members at the ensuing AGM.
Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Code of Conduct the Trading Window shall remain closed from April 30, 2018 and shall open 48 hours after the information becomes generally available for approval of Audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2018.
