Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated 5th July, 2016, please find enclosed the Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company along with the Limited Review Report conducted by the Statutory Auditors, M/s. Singhi & Co., Chartered Accountants for the quarter (Q2) and half year (H1) ended 30th September, 2018 which were approved and taken on record by the Board of Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 13th November, 2018.
The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 3:30 p.m. and concluded at 7:20 p.m.
