a) To consider,approve and take on record the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018 and recommendation of dividend on preference shares, if any.
It is also informed that in terms of prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations, 2015 issued by Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all the Designated Persons (as defined in the code) from May 22, 2018 to June 04, 2018 (both days inclusive). |
