In this connection, as per Company's Code of Conduct for prohibition of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Directors / Officers / designated employees of the Company from 15 May, 2018 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on 22 May, 2018.
