We hereby inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 (" Listing Regulations") , a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Monday, 28 May 2018, to, inter alia:
1.1 Consider and approve the audited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2018.
1.2 Any other matter as may be specified in the Agenda.
2. This is for the information of all the 'specified persons' that Trading Window shall remain closed from 24 May 2018 to 31 May 2018 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of approval of Audited Financial Results for the year ended 31 March 2018 for the Board Meeting to be convened on 28 May 2018. Thus, 'specified persons' are prohibited from trading in the Company's equity shares during the said period.
