Chandra Babu Naidu & Co.,) Chartered Accountants, Statutory Auditors of the Company with respect to the abovesaid Audited Financial Results and Declaration pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 signed by Mr. P R Bhandari, Managing Director of the Company.
