The postponement of the said meeting was informed to the members by publishing a notice on 17th August 2018 in 'The Times of India' (all India edition) and 'Navshakti' (Mumbai edition) and also by disclosing on the Company's website www.infomediapress.in.
The said 63rd Annual General Meeting will now be held on Friday, 24th August 2018 at 10.30 a.m. at Y.B. Chavan Centre - Auditorium, Yashwantrao Chavan Pratishthan, Gen. Jagannathrao Bhosale Marg, Opposite to Mantralaya, Next to Sachivalaya Gymkhana, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400 021 to transact the business as set out in the Notice dated 9th July, 2018 already sent to members along with the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year ended 31st March, 2018.
