Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd., C-101, 247 Park, L.B.S. Marg, Vikhroli (West), Mumbai - 400083 as the Registrar and Transfer Agents of the company for the financial year 2018-2019.
A copy of the Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) dated June 28, 2010 entered between the company and M/s.Link Intime India Pvt. Ltd. pertaining to their appointment as the Registrar and Transfer Agents is enclosed herewith for your records pursuant to Regulation 7(5) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements ) Regulations, 2015. Since clause 31 of the said MOU provide for automatic reappointment of the R&T Agents, a fresh MOU has not been entered for continuing the arrangement for the financial year 2018-2019.
