1. approved the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018.
2. recommended a final dividend of Rs. 7/- per equity share of Rs. 2/- each for FY ended 31st March, 2018, for the approval of the shareholders of the Company at the ensuing AGM.
3. approved 31st August, 2018 as date of 44th AGM of the Company.
4. fixed 24th August, 2018 as record date for the purposes of AGM and payment of final dividend. The dividend, if declared by the shareholders, shall be paid on and from 4th September, 2018.
The Company hereby declares that the Auditors have expressed an unmodified opinion in the Audit Reports on Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2018.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 11.00 a.m. and concluded at 2.00 p.m.
