1. considered and approved the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results of Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018.
2. declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.50 per equity share of nominal value of Rs. 1 each for the financial year 2018-19 and fixed, Friday, November 30, 2018 as Record Date for the purpose of determining the eligibility of shareholders for the payment of Interim Dividend.
