Sub: Proposed acquisition by IndusInd Bank Limited of 100% of the shares of IL&FS Securities Services Ltd, the securities services subsidiary of IL&FS
Please be informed that further to the disclosures dated March 14, 2017 and April 3, 2018 on the above subject, IndusInd Bank Limited has today signed a Definitive Share Purchase Agreement with Infrastructure Leasing and Financial Services Limited (IL&FS), the promoter shareholder of IL&FS Securities Services Limited (ISSL) and other minority shareholders, to acquire 100% of ISSL.
In this connection, IndusInd Bank Limited will issue a Press Release today. A copy of the Press Release, together with the Annexure, is enclosed for your record, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
