| Exchange Disseminated Time 28/07/2018 17:11:29 | Thyrocare Technologies Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on August 04, 2018, inter alia, to consider a proposal to buy back equity shares, in accordance with the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and SEBI (Buy Back of Securities) Regulations, 1998, as amended.
The meeting will also discuss about postponing the 18th Annual General Meeting convened to be held on August 11, 2018 to a later date, to enable the shareholders to consider the aforesaid proposal, too.
Further, the regulations with regards to the opening and closing of the trading window for all the designated persons under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, shall be complied with, while conducting the proposed Buy-back of the equity shares of the Company. |
