In view of the aforesaid, it is hereby intimated that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for Designated Persons and their immediate relative as defined in the Code shall be closed from Tuesday, 1st April, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchanges for the Quarter and Financial year ending on 31st March, 2025.
