The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Saturday, 15.09.2018 to Thursday, 27.09.2018 (both day inclusive) for determining the name of members eligible for dividend on equity shares.
The Board in their meeting held on 28.05.2018 had recommended a final dividend @2.8% (Rs. 0.28 per equity share) on the paid-up share capital of the Company for the FY 2017-18. The final dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid on or after 03.10.2018 to the members or their mandates. |
