The Board has considered and approved the audited standalone/consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2018. A copy of the approved financial results along with auditors' report is enclosed herewith. It is to state that the Statutory Auditors of the Company have furnished Audit Report on the Standalone & Consolidated Financial Statements with unmodified opinion.

The Board of Directors in the above meeting has also recommended the payment of final dividend @ 2.8% of face value of ? 10/- per equity share (? 0.28 per share) on the paid up share capital of the Company for the FY 2017-18, subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM). This is in addition to the interim dividend of ? 1.12 per equity share already declared in the month of February, 2018 thereby making total dividend for the FY 2017-18 to ?1.40 per equity share, on the face value of ? 10/- each.
