1. Approved the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) for the year ended March 31, 2018 and the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter/ year ended March 31, 2018, as recommended by the Audit Committee.
2. Recommended payment of Dividend of Rs. 6.50 Per equity share i.e. 65% on equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2018. The above dividend, if declared by the Members of the Company at the ensuing Annual General Meeting will be credited/ dispatched within 30 days from the date of Annual General Meeting.
