(i) to consider and take on record the Audited Financial Results for the 4th quarter/year ended 31st March, 2018 ; and
(ii) to approve the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31st March, 2018.
Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window shall be closed from 4.00 p.m. on 16th May, 2018 upto 48 hours from the disclosure of above Financial Results on 25th May, 2018.
