1. Unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2018.
2. Sub-Division of equity shares of the Company. This proposal will be subject to the approval of the shareholder.
Further, as per the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of lnsider Trading" of the Company, the trading window will remain closed for all directors/officers/designated employees of the Company from October 18, 2018 to closing of the business hour on November 05, 2018 (both days inclusive), in connection with the above Board Meeting. |
