| Exchange Disseminated Time 17/05/2018 15:22:45 | Man Industries (India) Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 24, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter & year ended March 31, 2018 and to recommend dividend, if any, on the equity shares of the Company for the Financial Year 2017-18.
Further, Pursuant to the provisions of Security and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 201 5 and as per the terms of "Code on Insider Trading" of the Company, it may also be noted that trading window for the purpose of transacting in the Company's share will remain closed from the date of Circulation of agenda of the Board Meeting among the Board of Directors of the Company (i.e. from May 17, 2018) in which the Price Sensitive Information is considered and will continue till 48 hours after such information becomes generally available. |
