In accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in the Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed for the designated persons of the company from 8th June, 2018 to 15th June, 2018 (both days inclusive) i.e. 48 hours after the Audited Financial Results of the company for the year ended 31st March 2018 are approved by the Board and made public.
