| Exchange Received Time 22/03/2018 18:37:45 Exchange Disseminated Time 22/03/2018 18:37:52 Time Taken 00:00:07 | This is to inform that the Company has on March 20, 2018, received the order passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi, in the ongoing matter relating to M/s Daiichi Sankyo Company Limited v/s Oscar Investments Limited & Others, restraining and prohibiting the Respondents/ Judgement Debtors from making any transfer of Equity Shares/NCRP/ Optionally Convertible Debentures in the Company or from receiving payment of dividends thereon, until further order. Further vide this order the Company is also prohibited and restrained from permitting any such transfer or making such payment.
In this regard, we place on record our sincere apologies for the delay in intimating the same to the exchanges, which was mainly contributed due to time involved in studying and analyzing the said order from its implication point of view.
The detailed disclosure as required under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is attached herewith as Annexure A.
