The daily end of day historical segmentwise trading price and volume data is available since 1990. Scanned quotation files (including price and corporate action) are available for period prior to 1990 dating back to 1964.

BSE Market data available through different dissemination medium viz leased lines, Internet, using secure APIs and file exchange mediums.
BSE's high speed data feed supply are provided vide lease line and internet medium.
For high speed – low latency real time feeds via lease line it is recommended to have a 10 Mbps lease line which will cover NFCAST data delivery for all trading segments of the exchange. It is recommend to have separate lease line connectivity with the BSE's Primary site and BSE's Secondary site to have a continuous access to the data.
Intra day and EOD data are also provided via internet with secured login access.
BSE also provides corporate action data in ISO15022 format via established SWIFT network in form of MR564 message.

BSE and Deutsche Bourse MD+S ("DBAG") have signed a Cooperation Agreement on October 02, 2013, under which DBAG will act as the licensor of BSE Market Data and Information Products ("BSE Data Products") in international markets.
Under the new cooperation, Deutsche Borse will be responsible for sales and marketing of all BSE market data products to customers outside of India, while BSE continues to serve its domestic clients.
