This is further to SEBI Circular no: SEBI/CBM/ /BOND/2/2007/13/04 dated April 13, 2007 and our Notice no. 20070416-19 dated April 16,2007, regarding the Trading Platform for Corporate Bond Market.

In the second phase of implementing the Union Budget proposal for developing an Exchange Traded market for Corporate Bonds, SEBI vide the above mentioned circular has permitted the Exchange to have in place a corporate bond trading platform to enable efficient price discovery and reliable clearing and settlement in a gradual manner. Thus, to begin with the trade platform shall be order driven with essential features of OTC Market.

Pursuant to the said SEBI circular, we shall be releasing a browser based application w.e.f. July 2, 2007, for Corporate Bond trading/reporting, which can be accessed over the Internet on https://icdm.bsewebx.co.in .For further operational modalities, kindly refer to the Annexure attached herewith.
