Back office Functionality
The function “Back Office” has been provided on the screen only for back office users to report the settlement details as well as downloading of end of day reports. This functionality can be used only by “back office” users and not the “dealers”.
The back office users can carry out following 3 functions in this module:
1) Pending orders report: This report option provides the user with the details of the pending orders on a given day. The search criterion is based on the date(s) selected. Upon selecting the date as input and clicking the Submit button, the application will return the transaction details of all the pending orders matching the selection criteria for the user to view
2) Providing settlement details: On opening the pending orders report the user has the facility to enter the settlement details for the transactions executed. Upon selecting the buyer code or seller code hyperlink, the screen as represented in the Annexure will be opened
The user will be able to click only on the buyer OR seller hyperlink marked in red and blue respectively. I.e. he will be able to enter the settlement details only for his leg of the deal.
However, in case of a cross deal both the buyer and seller hyperlinks will be activated.
3) Transaction Reports: This report option provides the user with the details of the transaction executed on a given day. The search criterion is based on the date(s) selected.
