Sub: Operationalisation of Short Selling and Securities Lending & Borrowing (SLB)
Trading members of the Exchange are hereby informed that Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) vide its Circular No.MRD/DoP/SE/Cir-05/2008 dated the 19th March, 2008 has informed the Exchange regarding operationalisation of Short Selling and Securities Lending & Borrowing (SLB). The contents of the circular are self-explanatory.
A copy of the circular received from SEBI is attached for the information of the trading members.
