In continuation of notice No 20100907-6 dated September 7, 2010 regarding “Trading Rules and shareholding in dematerialized mode”, SEBI has now vide circular No SEBI/Cir/ISD/2/2010 dated October 26, 2010 issued further clarification in the matter. A copy of the said SEBI circular is attached as annexure to this notice.
