SEBI has issued circular no. CIR/MRD/ICC/29/2012 on November 7, 2012 wherein it has modified para 7.2 of its Circular no. CIR/MRD/DSA/29/2010 dated August 31, 2010.
Copy of the above referred SEBI Circular dated November 7, 2012 is enclosed herewith. The Circular shall be applicable from the date of SEBI Circular.
