Pursuant to circular bearing reference no. 440 dated 15th October, 2013 issued by National Securities Clearing Corporation Ltd (“NSCCL”) declaring M/s Prime Broking Company (India) Ltd as a defaulter, Indian Clearing Corporation Ltd (“ICCL”) vide its notice no. 20131017-25 dated October 17, 2013 has declared M/s Prime Broking Company (India) Ltd. (Clg No. 3078) as a defaulter as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/MIRSD/Master Cir-04/2010 dated 17th March, 2010 with effect from October 17, 2013 in all the segments of ICCL.
Consequent to the above, BSE Ltd. (“BSE”) has declared M/s Prime Broking Company (India) Ltd. (Clg No. 3078) as a defaulter as required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/MIRSD/Master Cir-04/2010 dated 17th March, 2010 with immediate effect in all the segments of BSE.
