The Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that Moongipa Investment Ltd (Clg no. 3053), a corporate Trading Member of the Exchange, having SEBI registration No. INB010811736, has been declared as defaulter, w.e.f. October 12, 2015 under Bye-law 316 read with Bye-law 317 of Rules, Bye-laws and Regulations of Exchange for non implementation of claim values decided in IGRC by Moongipa Investment Ltd.
Investors having any outstanding claims against Moongipa Investment Ltd., are advised to file arbitration references with the Exchange, if they so desire, within 120 days from the date of issue of this notice, as provided under SEBI Circular No. MRD/DoP/SE/Cir-38/2004 dated October 28, 2004 and circular No. MRD/DP/06/2011 dated June 16, 2011 and any other modifications/circulars as may be issue by SEBI in this regard, from time to time.
The clients filing their arbitration claims after the aforesaid date would be eligible for receiving compensation from the Investor Protection Fund (IPF), as per the provision of SEBI circular no. CIR/MRD/DP/28/2014 dated September 29, 2014.
