Pursuant to SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/MRD/DSA/CIR/P/2016/110 dated October 10, 2016 and notice (20161104 – dated November 4, 2016) issued by BSE inviting applications for appointment of Independent Valuers from the panel of expert valuers of the designated stock exchanges.
Presently, BSE has received applications from following entities (Annexure A) to act as independent valuers as mentioned in SEBI circular SEBI/HO/MRD/DSA/CIR/P/2016/110 dated October 10, 2016. Exclusively Listed Companies (ELCs) desirous of giving exit option to investors may choose to appoint independent valuers from the panel of expert valuers of BSE.
As BSE continues to receive application from entities desirous of becoming expert valuers, BSE would update the list of independent valuers forming panel of expert valuers on regular basis on its website.
ELCs are advised to view BSE website on regular basis to seek the updated list independent valuers.
